Organized Religion has been deceiving and dividing people for hundreds of years. “The church” is a prison where people voluntarily lock themselves. I have never met more hateful, spiteful, judgmental, hypocrites in my life; than in the church. While I was a very active Christian, I was a youth pastor, worship team member and was studying to become a Pastor. After I saw the hell of war, in Iraq and the evil that men are capable of engaging, in the names of their religions, I began to doubt. And after watching my wife go through a literal mental breakdown because she was scared she lost her salvation, I walked away. I have never been happier, more at peace and more accepting of others. I am no longer tormented by your fake god, fake rules and fake sins. I retain my basic moral values and pass them to my children. But I will no longer be bound by hypocrisy.
