I was in Spain (Madrid) like 3 weeks ago and eeeveeeryoneee was smoking like crazy. Everyone threw them anywhere they pleased, every corner smelled like pee. Three out of three of the Uber drivers were pretty racist, talked down every culture they could and praised Spain as the most glorious country in the planet.

Now I'm in Portugal and I've seen Spanish people speaking Spanish for the locals making no effort to speak the local language, and right now I'm in a small hostel where everyone has been polite and controlled the volume of their voices not to wake every body up... Except the Spanish people who are shouting and yelling in the kitchen.

My experience tells me they have no regards for a lot of things or people. Sorry, I'm sure not all of them are like that, but that's just what I've seen.
