Cisco certs

Some more background (for my career). I hope it helps.

I work on a major VoIP/unified communications vendor but am still relatively new (<3 years). My job is more stable and I'd like to stick with it as long as possible. In the interim, I'd like to build my skill set. Building out/ expanding the network when user size requires it and things like that have me interested. (Making sure the equipments is capable, providing cost analysis).

In short, I like trouble shooting why a device wont register with the network (doesn't have to be a VoIP phone), making sure the device has proper config. I do a lot of front end support currently. I'm looking at getting the skills to advance to a more architecture role.
