I might, since it's a room with tons of gay people there is probably a reason so many are gay in this room, therefore it might be necessary to point out the straight people, since the assumption becomes that everyone is gay.

"In this gay club, those two are the only straight ones" not "In this gay club, those 67 are the gay ones, and the rest are straight"
