I'm Mtf, so perhaps listen more to the ftms on this one, but if I had srs, I would have a vagina. I'd call it a vagina. It may not look like an actual cis-genetic vagina, but that's what it is intended to be, intended to feel like, and in essence, really is. Just the aesthetics are off.

This transman character has a dick. It may not look like one, but regardless what anyone says, it has the function of a penis, it feels like one, it serves the purpose of a phallus.

I might get down about not having a perfect vagina every once in awhile while I'm dysphoric myself, but I'm not going to be having sex while I'm dysphoric. And I wouldn't be thinking of that while having sex post-op. I'm going to be focused on my partner.

If you want to be realistic and don't skimp on realism at the expense of triggering someone, he'd probably only focus on it and get down when he's depressed and just having a bout of dysphoria. In my experience, when I'm around cisfemales that look pretty or have my ideal body frame (small, dainty little shoulders and legs) whereas my frame differs, that's when I start focusing on my body. I guarantee post-op, my vagina would be in question as well.

But during sex, unless I'm not super into it or just having a bad day, I would gloss over it. I hope I make sense!
