Cities with only one huge venue. How do you deal with it?

Sup /u/grossko19, I know the scene and I know every party you just mentioned and I'd also like to add Mamba Negra and Carlos Capslock. There's also some free ones created by an anarchist collective done under Minhocão on Sundays and the ones that tried to do their stuff @ Paulista Avenue on Sunday Mornings but got shut down and had to move some streets away.

Regarding your whole answer, please re-read this part:

Just like what happened last week with that specific gig I mentioned earlier, as they announced to be the same day a smaller party (Tantsa) announced Radio Slave. Notice that I say parties instead of venues because there are no other venues willing to enter this shithole.

There are indeed plenty of good gigs and parties, but they are what they are: GIGS. What I'm talking about here are the venues. There's a huge difference about relying solely on a gig every month and having a place to go whenever you feel like you want to listen to some non-trance/house tracks.

If you want to go to ANY of these gigs you mentioned, you must decide and plan early so you're able to buy cheaper tickets or actually buy tickets at all and if people gotta do this, they'll look for the best lineup with the "biggest headliners". It sucks but that's the truth.

You can't be at home and just decide that you want to go to listen some good shit out of nowhere, because there's simply nowhere to go aside from D-Edge and I also completely refuse to go there.

And this is the problem I'm talking about now, it's more of a rant than anything. There's no fixed/static place. There's just multiple parties organizing gigs every 2 months or so and with that said, there's multiple nice gigs happening all the time. However, the shitty part of this, everyone will just look for the best lineup and guess what makes a lineup "good"? Money. And who has a shit ton of money? Ratier.

It might sound shitty what I'm about to say, considering the obvious differences from these countries, but I've lived in both Dublin and Berlin and just deciding between Suicide Circus, Berghain, Aboutblank, Renate, Tresor and shit 5 minutes before you leave because you know that you'll have multiple places playing some quality tracks is completely amazing.
