I'm talking about leaks in general. This specific game here was leaked.

Nintendo has punished customers before for breaking street date. They had a picture he uploaded traced down to his phone and domicile, then successfully held him liable for an ISO release. He then had to pay thousands grand over many years.

But nah, pretend it never happened, do as he exactly did, and expect a different outcome hard enough and nothing bad will happen right?

Also fyi because you don't seem to know imgur strips out most data from submissions so your entire rant is utterly pointless.

So imgur wouldn't cooperate with law enforcement or keep track of any information about that computer, date, machine name, etc? That's an optimistic outlook.

Prove me wrong and really dig into the exif data on the picture I posted. If you cant then just be quiet and accept that OP didn't know what the hell he was doing and not some hero.

That's not my point of contention, but rather your assertion how everyone doing camera shots of monitors must be mentally challenged and not concerned for privacy. How they're doing it wrooong because you don't get to see all the crisp pixels, the posters be damned. It's a sickeningly entitled point of view that has been around when the Smash Bros leaks happened, and it's as dumb today.

Again tell me what details you can get from the picture I posted. If you don't know what data is available in exif from a print screen then just hush.

Then again the downvote system does that hushing for you already, it's not like empathy or privacy practices are that widespread and shouting conspiracy nut is easier than accepting other practices and perspectives exist out there.
