Claire McCaskill will NOT be co-signing Bernie Sander's Medicare-For-All Bill

Medicare for All isn't the British National Health Service. There will still be private doctors.

And yet you still miss my point completely. Yes you may see a private Doctor but the government can say whether or not you get care (even if you have the money and want to pay out of country for it) Prime example, the Charlie Gard situation.

Not really. Again, that's not how Medicare works. There is no part of Medicare that prevents people from paying for their treatment out of pocket.

What good is healthcare for all if you have to pay anyway to get the care you want? And with the outrageous taxes that would come with healthcare for all. How do you expect anybody but the rich to be able to afford the out of pocket treatment? The rich still win because they wont be using it anyway.

The government will be the arbiter of if they cover a cost or not. Which is exactly what insurance companies do now.

Key difference being you are not forced to rely on a insurance company and can switch companies. The same cannot be said for Medicare for all.

That's exactly the power that insurance companies exercised on a daily basis before Obamacare, and will again if repealed.

Obamacare was trash. Before it, I could switch insurance companies when I wanted instead of waiting for enrollment periods. Insurance companies always win with government mandated healthcare. The only difference with obamacare is they can charge more for it while taking subsidized money from the government.

It's government funded healthcare, not government run healthcare.

If the government funds it then they also run how the money is used. Its cute that you think you can receive money from the government without expecting them to dictates how it be used.
