You are arguing the point of when Apple created and implemented this feature that prevents sporadic shutdowns. That is not the argument that I’ve been challenging.

The argument which I am challenging is why the feature was created and implemented, as well as contending that Apple is not “slowing down” phones, but rather protecting their users’ experience using this power management resource. And I’m making that argument in response to the many media outlets who have been incorrectly covering this issue by stating, in part, that “Apple is slowing down older iPhones to get customers to buy new ones.”

You can post as many links and articles regurgitating others’ information as you’d like, but your missing the point that I’ve been making and are arguing a point which is nearly irrelevant. Again, you are very confused.
