Maybe some examples from someone else will help you get it:
My ex would lose her temper and scream - accused me of being raging.
My ex would hit me, once threatened me with a knife - accused me of being violent. (Side-note: she bruised herself and took pictures of the bruises, as "proof" for the police that I beat her).
My ex had previous homosexual relationships and feelings for friends of the same sex - accused me of being gay.
My ex would never work or lift a finger - accused me of being lazy.
My ex couldn't put together an IKEA table, inflate a tire, or hang a picture - accused me of being incompetent.
My ex would generate "problems" daily in order to draw attention to herself - accused me of being narcissistic.
My ex fought with her mom and dad every single day - accused me of having a "poisonous family dynamic.
My ex abused powerful pain medications, alcohol, and outrageous amounts of pot daily (discreet, human-level pot use doesn't bother me, $800 per mo is something else) - accused me of being a drug addict.
I could go on. This scratches the surface.
