although general knowledge of M2 seems to have increased a lot since when i started playing, i'd still say most pyros can't really use it all too well because they aren't playing around it right. if a pyro stops M1ing you and just stares at you waiting for a rocket while you're in prediction-reflect range, it's almost a guarantee you can bait an AB by staring at him for a bit, after which you can hit him with a rocket.

if a pyro is pressuring you to fire a rocket by M1ing you, your best bet is to probably wait a little more than a second since a lot of soldiers fire generally one second after seeing an enemy/being pressured in a soldier/pyro 1v1, though there is always the chance he's expecting that and waits just a little longer. if all that fails, equip a shotgun, back up out of FT range if you're not great with it yet and blast the guy down.

reflecting is inherently reactionary, so always remember that the match-up is ultimately in your favor as a soldier
