CLC’s Sorn’s Instagram story apology

I can't tell people wether they should be offended or not as that is shaped by their life experiences.

That's exactly what people are doing though. People look at things like this and say this is offensive you should find this offensive. I find this offensive so why don't you?

This wouldn't be a controversy in the first place if people weren't trying to tell people why they're offended and why everyone else should be offended over it.

I get stereotyped basically every day. It is difficult for me to care less than I do about that fact. Because I'm more than my appearance and functional human beings know that and change how they respond to you after you interact with them.

Stereotyping and joking about stereotypes is such a non-issue especially now in developed countries. Maybe it's because the city I live in is very multicultural but like who actually cares? The people who legitimately have negative feelings towards people for things out of their control are assholes. It becomes apparent and people avoid that person.

Society already self corrects this problem by ostracizing people who legitimately are racist towards people. I'm genuinely curious where you people live where this is not the case. Where in this place people putting down other races is encouraged. I'm only 27 but fuck me I can count on one hand the amount of times someone was legitimately racist(you can never fully get rid of it. There will always be some people. That's just a side effect of being human) and people put them in their place immediately.
