I use mine and just undiluted Simple Green heated to about 60C to clean certain crystals/minerals I collect. I recently busted open about half a ton of geodes I have collected over the years and it did a great job on the ones I decided to display.

I found an old toolbox that had filled with water from a roof leak I didn't know about (In the barn not the house) and had sat for a couple of weeks. Nothing special, just some basic tools normally kept with the tractor but all were rusted badly. I ran them through the cleaner twice and pretty much just wiped the residue off and gave the ones I wanted to keep a quick once over with a wire wheel and a backyard bluing. Bolted an ammo can to the tractor and filled it with the recovered tools.
