No it doesn't because my point does not depend on me being specifically correct about what I said. My position HAS ALWAYS been to counter stupid arguments China makes to avoid action. If you are repeating their arguments but aren't working for the chinese then at the very least you are a useful idiot.

If you only count AFTER 1988, then China's historical emissions are rampant as this was the time period where they did their emissions. The EU did emissions BEFORE it was clear that emissions were bad, and when it was clear that is was they decreased it dramatically. China increased their emissions dramatically AFTER it became clear emissions were detrimental for the world.
