Asking someone if they want to go to Coachella isn’t sexual harassment though? I agree about consent and that it can be revoked, I don’t think anyone disagrees about that. I just think it’s important to difference what he actually did from what it might have possibly been a precursor. It sounds like it ended and began, ended and began again. It’s not all that uncommon in young queer relationships where one person knows their sexuality for a fact and one person is questioning/experimenting (relationship starting ending starting ending I mean). If there is any evidence of him actually violating the consent (as opposed to not getting the hint) of anyone, my opinion would be different.
