CMV: America desperately needs a young, sane president

Is there a list of things that the Trump administration did well? Serious question, I tried to look it up and it's difficult to sift through either diehard admiration and concrete hatred. They've gotta have signed something that's a step in some direction, good or bad?

I ask because someone told me that the reason they like Trump and will vote for him again, is because he brought manufacturing back to the US. Which I just don't see. Is it the steel thing, or the trade war? What did he do, and why is it a good thing for some people? Who is it good for?

Wikipedia lists some of the acts he signed, and I'm still not clear if the prison reform did something or not, and same for his other orders.

I know the big talking points: COVID response, immigration hangups, detention centers, the stupid wall. But what else did he/his administration do?
