CMV: Compulsory education should be abolished and instead of more money for education schools should just redirect resources to kids who are actually interested in learning

While I can see the point you are trying to make I think the better outcome would be to take those kids that do not "want" to learn and find out why. Find out what interest them and how to build curriculum to enforce that.

I believe that most kids don't want to learn because they don't see it as holding any significance to the things that interest them.

We really need to change the whole system to become more of an autonomous learning system.

We need to build a central knowledge base where students can log in to learn whatever they want. We use a system much more akin to Udemy or other sites like that where we pay people to create content to teach kids about what they want to learn.

W don't have teachers anymore but instead learning assistants that will be there to help kids find materials and help with more basic questions.

This is a much more forum based learning as well where kids can learn together about what actually interest them using online videos, workshops, and articles.

We would model this whole central knowledge base more like Khan Acadamy and Udemy.
