CMV: I don’t think vegan idk or vegetarianism is a sustainable way to live

You can't just claim that 30% of America is vegetarian out of thin air. If you go around and ask Americans with a study, you will not find 30% of them saying they're vegetarian.

Thats precisely my point. Where are you getting this information

lacto-vegetarian, meaning they're fine eating cheese. Others are ovolacto-vegetarian, so they can eat cheese and eggs. In general, though, there's not really much confusion among what counts as "vegetarian" among vegetarians; if you don't eat meat, you're vegetarian

Thats a bit better, it's hard to argue against something i can't even see. I mean that is playing both sides of the fence a bit to be fair, ovolacto or lacto-vegetarians can be vegetarians and still receive the mineral and vitamin benefits of animal products like milk or eggs. It's not for me to say that they aren't vegetarian but they definitely still use animal products for nutrition, so the point still stands.

Also rereading my post i do see how i can be read as a takedown of non-meat eating communities and that wasn't really my intention so i apologize. I jsy wanted to see if each of these criticisms could have reasonable objections so i could retitle it to make more sense
