Actually even if every Supreme Court Justice, the president and congress thought the exact same way you did it would not happen. Because the second you tried to implement it the country would revolt. Based off what you said we are dealing with America and you’ve just imposed a severe restriction on freedom that just won’t fly for a number of reasons. And even the ones who agreed with you would likely stand against you because their belief in this one likely isn’t worth a full on civil war. In the United States what can be done is limited to an extent because we took protections against our stupidly and ensured we’d always have a way to rip down a government that went too far
