I understand your point but I really think that they are rights and thats why I call them rights. Btw not just me thinks that but also the UN. Moreover as I mentioned above there are things called positive rights.

Rights are protections citizens have FROM government.

This is the case for negative rights. And I wouldnt include here other citizens as they can also threaten some of your rights
