We should just focus on improving.

Genuinely curious in what 'improving' as a society means to you based on your definitions?

For example, why even bother making advances in medicine, when people who get sick, injured or are otherwise born disabled are simply worthless untermensch who should be left to die in the streets from 'natural selection'? In your perfect society there should be zero medicine or healthcare.

I am not against charity

Why are you not against charity? Surely people who are poor, suffer from physical or mental afflictions are just worthless pieces of shit? Why not let them die - or better yet, why shouldn't we round them up and kill them? That would definitely help us move forwards and focus on improving faster wouldn't it, why waste resources on worthless people?
