CMV: If Net Neutrality fails, we MUST participate in civil disobedience

I have seen the "lists" of cases that are brought up in defense of giving the government a massive amount of control over the internet. As I stated originally the cases are extraordinarily rare, you have provided it looks like 8 in total cases of isolated incidents of these type of issues occurring. I am aware some throttling has occurred in the past and will likely occur in the future. That is not what is being sold to the public by these pro NN websites. They are making claims of "cable package" style rationing of internet with no basis in reality at all. They are talking about having to pay $5 a month to browse reddit. There is 2 decades worth of broadband internet without NN as law. These ridiculous scare stories did not happen and you (and others like yourself) continue to spread this horseshit.
