It's kind of weird that you express distaste towards everything you dislike about America/being American and then have one line at the bottom quote on quote "I'm proud to be an American."

I feel like there's not really an argument in this post?

This post is the equivalent of having a list of reasons why living is suffering and then have one line at the bottom that says "I'm proud to be alive."

So I don't even know how to respond to your post. In fact, I'm chuckling right now because this is kind of downright baffling to me as to how to respond that it's just...it's humorous lol .

You stated "I'm proud to be an American". But did not offer any insight/elaboration on why you are quote on quote "proud to be an American" (and just talked about what you dislike about it) so I can only assume you meant this statement to be processed like: I know what my country has done. I know it's bad. But ahh screw it. I'm proud to be an American.

It just doesn't make sense. Perhaps if u had worded ur post differently and offered more elaboration on your pride to be american, I'd be able to respond with a more direct argument but the way you worded your post simply doesn't call for one so i am at a loss for how to respond, I'm sorry :/
