Most women are not disgusted by "weak and mediocre men", They're just turned off by men with no confidence, poor personal hygiene, poor social skills, self-hatred, etc. Weak, sure, but that's well below mediocre and it's hard to blame women for not being into men like that. I wouldn't like a woman like that either.

To be fair, I understand their frustration. A lot of Incels have tried and tried and tried with no success because they've been given bad advice, or they have a poor grasp of tenuous of social dynamics. That makes them bitter, it warps their world view, and at some time they reach a point where their disappointment and rage reaches boils over and they become despicable (and ironically, even less attractive to women).

Now, I think you're certainty right that this is a men's issue that needs to be dealt with, but I don't think it's fair to push the blame on women. If that's not your intention, I apologize, but that's how it comes across. Women aren't making Incels act this way, not unreasonably anyway. They shouldn't have to drop their standards, and I don't think most women's standards are unreasonably high.
