CMV: Islam is not a peaceful ideology

Regional factors are one thing. But, I am referring to the violence that is inherent in the texts. Like Christians often ask themselves WWJD (What would Jesus Do). You know that is a fair question to ask and is bound to realign the individual pretty well Considering Jesus was a wandering saint). But when a muslim asks WWMD (What would Muhammad do), it is not a good question to ask and Muhammad is not necessarily the best man to follow for morality. Because he was a warlord and did many questionable things. In fact the radicals are the people who follow his life and teachings too seriously. The peaceful Muslims are the ones who don't care much for the books. And follow their inner voice of sanity. But, following the books, Muhammad means you are going to be radicalised. That is my point. And, hence I think Islam needs to be reformed for the betterment of all Muslim brothers and sisters and the rest of the world.
