Good thing that's not the case.

Nationally in-state public university costs $9,687/yr which a person can afford working part time.

Of course things like private universities throw that out of whack but public is always an option. Also people financing their education 100% with debt is a problem too. Student loans were not designed to finance an education 100%, they were designed to be one tool to assist not be the only one in the arsenal. Grants, scholarships and part time jobs are expected to be used. In fact, almost all universities have some sort of academic performance related scholarship which further underscores the point that financing education using 100% student loans is not expected but rather a very bad mistake on thr part of the student.
