CMV: The Process of becoming a police officer in this country is way to short and easy which leads to a lot of incompetent cops

It's not about training it's about the mind of person who DESIRES and funds it appealing to be a cop. Most of them are really bad people with very low IQs who can't really do anything else. No one wakes up in the morning and says "i want to be a police officer" because that kind of person would be a hero type that values the community. U disagree?

Why did over 200 police officers stand around at uvalde Texas and do nothing to confront the shooter? Because 100% of them are POS. Not 90% not 99%, 100% of police officers are garbage. Uvalde proved that beyond a reasonable doubt. They are the lowest society has to offer and that's why they become police officers and arrest young people for marijuana and other dumb shit in order to meet quotas they ALL have to meet. There is no such thing as a good cop.
