Denigrating an entire race like that isn't funny - all that is true is that the Chinese tend to have a shorter average height than the rest of the world - with an average ranging from 5'3" ~ 5'9" (could be lower). But then again many other countries have that kind of average height (Nigeria at 5'4", Bolivia at 5'3"). For the record, figures are from Wikipedia.
