If two people are equally drunk, then logically they're both equally sober. their decision making is similar, and therefore it's consensual just as if they were both completely sober.

If someone feels, while still sober, that once they drink there might be sexual contact then they wouldn't drink much if they're not comfortable with it happening.

But then the question, why do people regret it the next day and still do it ? because they's human nature..we wanna try things, we wanna experience and we wanna fuck up.

I know that I'm gonna be hungover tomorrow if I drink a lot tonight, but fuck it I wanna have fun now.

I know I might regret sleeping with that person tomorrow, but hell yea I wanna sit on their face when I'm drunk.
