CMV: There was nothing anti-military about Kaepernick’s kneeling protest

It's not a stretch it's exactly what is going on. I explained why the national anthem is now considered, in part, a memorial to the military. The military has been a part of nearly every major national anthem. Why is that?

Kappernick has no qualms with the military, has never directed an ounce of ire to the military

Kaepernick was told that this was offense and he continued to do so. How is that not even a little bit disrespectful? His response in action was that he had zero respect for the military and veterans no matter what words he said.

We have banned words because a minority of people find them offensive. It doesn't matter that most do not.
