this part is problematic.

you went silent. so they try to contact you to ask if youre interested in another date. and then you block them or tell them to stop?

maybe you could argue that its their resposnsibility to ask for another date and not you, but once they ask you should answer

ignoring their question or blocking them for no reason is unethical.

you dont owe an explanation, but a simple "no thanks" is definitely waranted.
