CMV:i will go to a vegan meeting(i'm already part of the group) and serve real meat to them as a joke

I asked a moderator for an explanation of why my comment was hostile and I did not get a response. I thought I was being polite and respectful while pointing out that OP may need to seek out help. I think my comment could help others who are dealing with "assholes" (OPs own words) at work or home. Which is why it's important that it be a visible comment rather than a private message.

Normally I wouldn't be concerned about this, but:

Please note that multiple violations will lead to a ban

With the above in mind I would like to better understand why my comment is considered rude or hostile so I can avoid it in the future. And not only to just obey the rules and avoid a ban, but because I don't want to be rude or hostile in the first place as a matter of my own values.

Thank you!
