Using these coupons is a VERY BAD thing and I'll tell you why. There are review sites out there where people review products to get them at a dirt cheap price. An obvious tell is that all the reviews say something like "I received this item for a reduced price in exchange for my honest review". Looks like one of these reviewers leaked the coupon code.

You might say, "Well it's bullshit that people are getting paid to pump up the reviews and ratings on these products, serves them right they got their code leaked." Although that might be true, you actually have to think about the sellers of these goods instead. My wife used to be involved with one of these review organizations so I know how these coupon codes work. The coupon codes don't count how many people use them. Nope, they are coupon codes that are valid for a certain time window (Stupid right?). So, if one of these coupon codes for a decent item escapes into the wild, and thousands of people order these products, that means the seller has to fulfill these orders at little to no profit, or maybe even a loss that's very bad news for the seller because they are obligated to.

And also, most of the companies that participate in these review groups are NOT huge multi-million dollar companies who can absorb a big loss every now and again. They are usually mom and pop type small companies trying to get their name out there. I personally have seen companies forced to shut down because somebody leaked a code and it broke them within a matter of hours.

Even though it's bullshit that reviews and ratings are getting bloated on Amazon from these review organizations, remember that when using one of these leaked coupon codes you could actually be contributing to fucking over a small business. And if their product/business is actually good, that's a double shame if they have to close up shop.
