Coach with a poor attitude, what to do ?

Not OT, but I had a CF coach who was super shy. He didn't talk to the class except to say only what had to say. His feedback was mostly a nod, or a monotone "good work". His warmups and cooldowns were always the same: same script, same exercises, same order. It actually cheesed me off that he couldn't get out of his comfort zone to be present for his class, and respond to the needs of any specific class. But others would rave how he was such a nice guy, and they loved taking his classes. And he was nice, but I needed more from him. I eventually just taking the class, as it seemed it was just me.

I've also had profs who were super condescending, but classmates rave how same she was, so they were willing to put up w the condescension. I was of thinking, her smarts don't matter if she can't communicate it.

All this to say, part of this could be personality conflicts.

But, it is your class. So, I would write a feedback card, but include more than 'snark' 'bad attitude'. Be specific as to what was said and the response, and how it affects your productivity in the class.
