Coaching Carousel XI: Oceans of Change

this has almost nothing to do with the topic except for the perceived livability of Eugene, but the weather almost always sucks. The stereotype about the Pacific Northwest is that it's constantly fucking raining, and it does rain in fall and a lot in winter. I think if you're from here though you're used to it, and for me I'd take that over the summer months because they are torture. It gets just as hot here as any place in the US that isn't a desert and it's humid as shit. Eugene/Salem/Portland are unbearable in july, and if the wildfire season gets really bad you probably shouldn't even step outside. I haven't spent time in the southeast but I gotta think there are weeks in Eugene that are just like living near the gulf coast in summer.
