COB led/sq ft

Pulled some info from here: http://www.rollitup.org/t/vero-29-v2-800ppfd-5-x-5-question.907108/

"The umol/j in PAR range for Vero at 100% efficiency is about 4.66 at 3500K so PPF for 1 Vero 29 at 1.4 amps will be about 102.

Total PPF / sq/ft x 10.7 = PPFD"

Assuming my build is pretty similar. Let me use those numbers. Maybe someone can get me some data for 36v @ 2.1A at 3500k

Again, read it in a study somewhere but 1000PPFD is about the point to maximize photosynthesis. Anything more is overkill. Not sure if that factored in CO2. Again, maybe someone can give me some more exact numbers.

Assuming ...

12 Vero29s (three strings of four) at 2.1 amps = 960 watts x efficiency (.43) = 413 PAR watts / 32 sq ft x 10.7 x 4.66 = 643 PPFD or 30w/sq ft

16 Vero29s (four strings of four) at 2.1 amps = 1280 watts x efficiency (.43) = 550 PAR watts / 32 sq ft x 10.7 x 4.66 = 857.62 PPFD or 40w/sq ft.

20 Vero29s (five strings of four) at 2.1 amps = 1600w * efficiency (.43) = 688 PAR watts / 32 sq ft X 10.7 X 4.66 = 1072 PPFD or 50w/sq ft.

I'd really like to maximize my space without using dimmers but also without overdoing it. .5g/w seems really low on a COB setup. Shouldn't I be realistically looking at 1-1.5g/w? 3.5lb - 5.2lb? Am I way overshooting?
