Watch the VoD and see all the people in this thread talking about how he's overreacting - I'd say it was a pretty subdued reaction after seeing the end of some of his other streaks.
He does it a little less in Isaac, but watch him play any other game and you see he is the saltiest motherfucker on earth about every little thing. He plays support in League, watched him stream that once. Thirty minutes of nonstop bitching about every possible real or imagined mistake his team could possibly make. He facechecks a bush with no vision on the enemy team while his whole team is backing away and dies? FUCKING TEAM OH MY GOD WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU WHY DIDN'T YOU FOLLOW UP? Misses a bind? WOW WHAT THE FUCK WHY DID MY ADC BAIT THEM OUT OF MY BIND? Someone tells him to ward dragon because he's right there and didn't? WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK DON'T FUCKING TELL ME WHAT TO DO YOU ARE SO BAD!
He always acts like a total fucking cunt when people make even the most innocuous suggestions, even when he's doing commentary. He reacts like a psychopath who react to physical assault. It's not a persona, he's stated outright many times that he's a complete shithead about "authority figures" and that anyone telling him how to do anything makes him go off. He's oddly proud of his inability to act like an adult and take (or just ignore) advice and chat encourages it by treating him like a special china doll who can't have his feelings hurt. I watch a lot of twitch, easily 8+ hrs per day I have it on in the background instead of TV, and there is no other streamer who comes even close to the way Cobalt reacts to "backseating". It's impossible to watch him stream anything new because the nazi mods ban half of chat every time when people point out he missed something.

His inflection, tone, cadence, everything is exactly the same every single time, no matter the donation. If it's over about $20 he obviously feels a little more oomph is needed and pauses the game and drags the OH MY GOD WOW out for another half minute.
