Collecting sealed games confuses me.

Ok, so I don't know anything about you; I'll concede that... though you could lie about everything so that's hardly the best argument. That aside though, in my last post I was referring more to a fictional "you", a theoretical person as like you say, I don't know you.

If you have a massive collection of sealed games, you're a poser; collecting games for the wrong reason.

Notice I said IF which means that if that doesn't apply to you neither does the following statement.

Why are you so offended by me calling out fake gamers for the posers they are, if you're actually a gamer? Aren't you annoyed by those preppy idiots who put on a pair of glasses and suddenly declare themselves "so geeky" because they're, shock horror... reading a book. Aren't you pissed off by the fake gamer girls who pretend to be into games just so they can con money out of lonely guys by badly cosplaying and taking photos of themselves fondling a controller like a fucking sex aid. They're degrading to men, treating them like mindless sex obsessed idiots, and make gaming hostile for women because men feel manipulated by them; setting back any chance at gender equality in gaming. Then there's the moneygrubbers, the so called collectors who make YouTube or Twitch shows in front of a wall of games only to regularly get obvious shit wrong, mispronounce names, and show how little they actually know about gaming. It's just an excuse to get eFame and ad revenue, a get rich quick scheme at our hobbies expense.

Don't act as if fake gamers don't exist. There's fucking loads of them.

As for my original issue. I've yet to hear why GAMERS would collect a sealed game. All I've got is butthurt crybabies telling me off for criticising their hobby and people saying useless none-statements like "I have the right to do what I like with my money!". I don't give a fuck about your rights, I asked for an explanation... These aren't the responses of gamers discussing their hobby, they're the responses of posers afraid of being exposed.

So with that crap out of the way, can/will you answer my question, or will you deem me "impossibly stubborn" and cry again, because from my perspective you're not being very convincing; yet. I can explain why I do everything in my hobby, from collecting to playing to discussing gaming online. I expect the same self-awareness in anyone who genuinely holds this hobby. So what do you say? Ready to discuss this properly?
