College Graduates of Reddit, how many times did you change your major before finally deciding on one?

3 times, all within the summer and during the first semester of college. Funny, back in high school my Asian parents wanted me to be a surgeon/doctor, so naturally I pursued the biology major when applying for college. Midway through summer I stood up and decided to follow what I THOUGHT was my passion (computing and technology) so I changed it to computer science through the online uni portal. After further thought, comp sci required too much math and science, which I was not good at, and really computers and tech were just my hobby. So during orientation I switch to forensic because I’ve always loved working in the crime field. Midway through the first semester I realized that I am way more hooked into the crime aspect rather than the science. So I switched again to Criminology and Homeland Security. Stuck through with it and didn’t waste any money and time.
