College students who pay their own rent and work full time. How the heck do you stay sane?

Yeah, I'm okay it's been 30 hours at first Lately I've been staying up until 6 or 7 am, but then I realize I had class at 2p.m and the hours would fly by, so I'd stay up until 5 p.m, and then sleep for four or 5 hours in the afternoon. Not this time, this time I went to the supermarket bought some caffinated drinks and well I crashed it was just tea, but it was worse than alchol it's kind of like if you're driving you'd skid off the road, but of course I wasn't driving. Then I drank a liter of tea and went, and did my homework, although I was typing nonsense for a minute with some pauses. I've lost weight, and actually considering I was sleeptyping and almost asleep about an hour ago it's all changed and I feel like I could stay awake another 12 hours. Hopefully it'll fix my sleep schedule if it gets worse I'll of course get it checked, but it's only been a day not every day or 2-3 days, and Its not like I have work tommorow.
