Maybe universal suffrage...

I'm not taking about universal suffrage. I'm talking about the people who are legally allowed to vote today and who elected our current represent. Can you clarify who is voting today that shouldn't be legally able to vote? Women? Non-land-owners? Naturalized citizens? Liberals?

Maybe the fact that elect un-American people to high office that violate our rights?

By who's judgement are elected representatives unamerican? Yours? How pomous can you be? Judging legally elected representatives as unamerican because you disagree with then. You better hope the other side doesn't feel that way or you might actually need your guns. Maybe rather than actively hoping for and urging on revolution, try the same with peace?

Nobody alive today saw the American revolution, but it was our country's deadliest war and they fought it with muzzle loaders. How do you think the next one will be? I'm sure you are very fucking sure that you'd survive it and come out in top. Get your head out of your ass.

As far as the rest... That court case you mentioned... Who decided it? A judge or a sheriff?

If this law is as unconstitutional as you claim. Then a judge will invalidate it. Failing that, you're going to either need to elect better representatives or start a revolution. The sheriff from the article seems intent on the later.
