Comcast Admits It Incorrectly Debited $1,775 From Account, Tells Me To Sort It Out With Bank

holy shit my verizon experience calling customer service was TERRIBLE. I had a defective phone (sound didn't work properly) so they ordered me a replacement. Once I got the replacement I asked the verizon manager at the store if I could have them transfer everything and mail it back themselves because I didn't want to risk a $500 hit if it was late, broken, or lost getting to them. When I went into the store they gave me a hard time saying I personally have to mail it, and that their WIFI is so bad that I need to transfer everything myself at home. Once I voiced my complaints to the manager- that's when they were able to mail it.

In my head it was their fuck up- why should I have to do their work for them? And THEN once I got the replacement phone, the replacement phone had no signal. I called customer service and was on the line with them for 2 hours on mother's day. the customer service rep said I had to do it on the phone I couldn't go into the store. After 2 hours she still couldn't figure out the problem. So she put me on hold to bring me to higher support. I screamed bloody murder in my house out of frustration. After I got put back on the line I told them to go fuck themselves. Even writing about it gets me heated. I fucking hate verizon for that. I ended up texting the manager voicing my complaints and he was able to resolve everything for me at the store. But why the fuck should I have to do that? Why do I have to be pushy to get NORMAL service? I have heard similar from other people which is why this comment blows me away. Getting a normal phone-what I paid for- was SUCH a pain in the ass for myself because of Verizon.
