Comic and Show spoilers: It won't be Glenn and it won't be Daryl...

Actually it's a specific sentence structure often used in vocalized lists, using redundancy for effect to place emphasis on the fact that I'm meticulously (and purposefully) rhyming off a list of relevant bits of information - in this case pertaining to the fact that I actually do write and work with writers professionally.

Secondly, internet comments and tweets fall under a similar category to text messages, in which certain grammatical rules can be - and should be - ignored, because of various social factors. Like, for example, we're talking about a fucking TV show. This isn't work. This isn't an essay. This isn't a dissertation on zombies or why you guys are pricks. It's a comment on reddit. It's expected to be low effort.

Obviously you take a different tone depending on scenario. I'm not going to wear a suit and tie and adopt a formal tone when I'm drinking with my friends, and I'm not going to kick back and say "Sup bitches" when addressing the little shits I teach, or go "Yo dickbag" to my clients.

Also, it's worth remembering that writing is an art-form and as a result, your opinion on what is well written or not is just that - your subjective opinion. And since you've admitted that you're not a professional, nor are you a critic or reviewer, your subjective opinion has as much value as my bank account: none whatsoever.

Finally, I'll leave you with this, since I'm pretty much done here and I'm going to be finishing my reddit comment clean-up tomorrow anyways, so these will all be deleted (I delete all my reddit comments outside of certain niche areas every few weeks out of habit).

When it comes to writing reddit comments, or really posting in any kind of online medium, I typically type in a manner that reflects my speech patterns and personality. What that means is that you might not like the way I set up that sentence, and you might not think it's worded right, like it or not, there is nothing actually incorrect about it.

If you planned on continuing to be a dumbass, I'll further explain why by pointing out that generally you don't correct vocal speech unless they actually use words incorrectly or shit like that. Standard grammatical rules present in writing don't actually matter much when you talk (and my reddit comments are usually an accurate reflection of how I talk).
