Not justifying the creep by any means, but the clip shows one predator, and the bystanders were pretty quick to call him out, right at the moment when he ducked.
Let's stop making blanket statements about race here. This is despicable behavior anywhere you go. (Not you personally, there's just a lot of it in the thread)
...As a fellow girl that enjoys cosplaying from time to time, this really truly sucks to see. I hope this hasn't scarred her love for the work and I hope she's still able to enjoy the hobby :(
There's a huge issue of some con-goers forgetting that cosplayers are human beings, and they really ruin it for everyone. I love cosplaying but it's a sad state we're in that I don't dare go to an event by myself, and I either move in a group with other cosplayers, or at least have a friend with me.
People get very aggro and pushy if you're alone. One minute my friend leaves for the bathroom and I'm apologizing for not wanting to pose in front of the toilets. I've never experienced anything this girl has, and to be honest the experience has been soured for me for a lot less.
Anyway, I hope she's okay :(
