There is information omitted as well though, for instance they mention that the warrants have to be resigned every 90 days, but it doesnt clarify if they had the required information to justify a renewel. If this was all solely based on the steele dossier than that is pretty shady, but they could have a lot more evidence that this memo doesn't provide.
