Hold up a sec. You say that the people who currently protest the system should debate them in the free market of ideas instead of rioting and that politics have no place in this sub but have you considered the following:

  1. The so called free market of ideas isn't free. It belongs to the billionaire class. Bezos owns the Washington Post. Beniof owns the NYT. Murdoch owns Fox News. Your ideas did not rise in the so called free market because of their allure, I doubt criticising more inclusion in this industry is a marker of rationale, they exist in the papers and on TV because they're also THEIR ideas. You didn't have to struggle to get your ideas heard. You just spew the same thing your media environment feeds you.

  2. The people who riot have no other option because they are what this system is built on. They are the oppressed who produce your goods, your services. They are those who are considered second class citizen simply because the people who hold power, the rich, the white, the conservatives, have decided that they deserve to live destitute simply because who they are. When are social justice activists ever invited into the political discourse? When are they ever listened to? What is, according to you, the way they should express themselves or make themselves heard when all avenues of public discussion are barred to them by structural reasons, and not simply by "a few bad apples". Have you considered that even though one may know they work a exerting and underpaid job, that their family is being swallowed by debt, they may not even have the physical and mental energy to find alternatives after their 10 hour shift?Do you know what its like to live a life where the very name on your CV may be a boss' argument for not hiring you, where the colour of your skin, your gender or looks might close the door that would lead you to a better life?

  3. As a closing point I would like to add that you being a sycophant for this system is contrary to the complaints I've seen you make in this very same place. Capitalism ruined this industry, it turned its inherent artfulness into a cash cow. It disregards innovation because all it wants is the certainty it can feed a fat bottomline to the shareholders. Its workers are on crunch time year round. The companies are charging you for fixing the product they decided to ship out incomplete and then have another slice of your wallet by having you gamble your money in their game, literally as well, and by deploying treasures of consumer psychology data to make you drool when that shiny box goes "pop", no matter the garbage that may be contained within.

Since I doubt you'll consider this as a valid debunk of your "socialists are causing white genocide" world view and that you'll decide that people like me are the problem, I guess I can say this with absolute peace of mind:

You make me fucking sick. It's my free market of ideas right to say it ;)

Edit: Stop calling "political" and "virtue signaling" giving minorities the respect they deserve. If it's only political when you disagree with it, then you're currently disagreeing with respecting people's basic human rights. And I'm the radical here...

E2: Threats of bans only prove my points.
