I've got a hard code on my servers. These messages spam every one of my servers all day. That is the admin code is as follows

Admin Code #1 - Admins will not play an active role in the game.

Admin Code #2 - Admins should be vanished, and act as silent guardians in the background.

Admin Code #3 - Admins cannot give you lot, exp, tp, or alter the game in any way unfair to others.

On my servers if an admin is playing. They will be banned. If they spawn items, tp anyone, or do anything that alters the gameplay experience for my players. They will be banned. To me, and admin is someone that stops cheaters, harassment, glitching, and stuff of that sort. You cant become an admin on my server unless its a name I've recognized and someone that I know I can trust. Back in the days of v2 my admins were like the dream team. Defending everyone while not interfering with the game itself. In my opinion admins ruin the game. This is why we don't have admin abuse on my severs. There are no admin houses, or admin spawned items in play. Nobody gets free teleports to their friends. Combine that with the crazy hardware and network my servers run on and you have a winning combination that most cant compete with. Is admin abuse a problem on other servers? Yes. Is it a problem on my servers? Well I've never gotten a complaint about one for more than half a year. I believe that everyone is entitled to a fair game. And in my eyes an admin and a player are both on the same level. There are no special colors on our forums, nor any distinction separating my admins from my players. Good luck finding a report of admin abuse anywhere on the internet of admin abuse in my house. My admins don't push voting, donations, or anything. We just let all that stuff come naturally. They just defend the servers to the best of their abilities, and by god are they good at it. Votes come naturally, and always have. If you give your players a fair game, on a server that is running well. They will come back time, and time again. They will form amazing groups that will continue to play with you for months.
