Mid Tier

• Index franchise Thor has his Almightly spell, which protects him from harm and facilitates his attacks by shifting the world (and people) in relation to himself.

  Even if they figure out the spell's mechanics, the in character S-tiers wouldn't take the necessary step of destroying the world to neutralize Thor. Taking the fight away from Earth is a possible solution, but once again they would need to figure out it's mechanics to arrive at such a solution.

Street Tier

• Shiki Ryougi is a very athletic human with the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, which should allow her to cut pretty much everyone here. When combined with Index!Thor and his Almighty spell, she will always be in the best position to attack and will never be struck by return fire.

Backup

Nonessential characters that can form deadly combinations of their own if somehow Index!Thor & Shiki fail.
