Commune With Nature Info Precision & Gamebreaking

If they do find a natural area, would you say that it just lets you know what minerals are there/that the ones you ask about exist withing 3 miles?

Or, if they asked "tell me about the hypothetical existence of unmanned (insert ore here)", would it give you an approximate direction and distance just as it would give you the location of powerful fey?

RAW, the spell only specifies that you can't cast in manmade areas, not that it can't give you info about manmade areas. Since you can ask about buildings. But that's why I was curious on if people think RAI it's another case. Like buildings in nature.

Since that also relates to locating undead and the like, and whether grassy villages count as natural enough vs towns with castles.
