Communism doesn't work because human beings are naturally greedy. We also don't need welfare programs because people are generous and will donate money to charities.

I used to work for a charity until recently and yes - people think we can be generous in this capitalistic system, yet they donate to the charity because they want to be seen to be philanthropic and offset the bourgeois feelgoods. This occurs all too frequently.

It's self-defeating "generosity"; keeping our bones aching for a distant dream of economic liberation of "each according to their own needs", not that I don't aim for that wonderful dream.

It's not only that, my own country's government has a frustrating history of delegating it to the charities in order to offset the fucken "burden" of caring for my fellow disabled people whether they were social democratic or neo-liberal.

What I would like for all disabled people all over the world (including myself) is to feel no special need for resorting to patronising charity and then to partake in the whole intact economic edifice of political liberation along with everybody else WITHOUT BARRIERS WHATSOEVER!!!

Communism is potentially disablogenic in my opinion, that is to say, it's potentially accepting of disabled people, but if my comrades will let that sort of thing happen rather than proposing things like eugenics or patronising as previous leftist movements in the 19/20th century was all too prone to letting happen; eg. H.G. Wells and sometimes Trotsky.

EACH ACCORDING TO THEIR NEEDS, EACH ACCORDING TO THEIR ABILITY!
